25 years working in corporate advisory roles for financial stakeholders
FCA and formerly Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, started career working primarily on restructuring, exit planning and distressed M&A at Deloitte – Partner in Baker Tilly Restructuring team from 2004 to 2006
Worked with ABL from 2003, managing Large lender Key Account relationships at Deloitte and Baker Tilly;
Worked alongside team advising MBI from Venture into KBC bank in 2006 and joined KBC Business Capital to head up syndication practice, working with ABLs well-known from previous KA roles
KBC acquired by PNC in 2010 – focus switched to Private Equity sponsored deals, working with investors looking at acquisition and / or working capital finance, and CF advisers operating in markets suited to ABL – particularly manufacturing and service industries
In 2015 moved to MBO opportunity working with principal from the KBC transaction – joined target company as FD, upgraded quality, depth and range of financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, set up ABL facility and sourced mezz funding for prospective deal.

Over 25 years’ experience working within the Asset Based Lending Market, having started with Hill Samuel Commercial Finance in 1993.
Headed up various operations functions and client management teams at Lloyds TSB Commercial Finance gaining an outstanding knowledge of the workings and structural possibilities of all areas of Asset Based Lending.
Became ABL Business Development Director at Lloyds Bank Commercial Finance 2006, focussing on the sponsored mid-cap and global Sector, delivering a number of complex transactional deals.
Worked as EA to the Head of Region in Global Transaction Banking, Trade and Working Capital Mid Markets (team comprised of 25 people). Provided advice and support to colleagues within both New Business and Relationship Management roles
