Mathematics and Economics graduate, worked in insolvency prior to joining Burdale Financial in 1998, supporting the risk function and business development through an aggressive growth period.
Joined Lloyds Banking Group in 2003 in credit risk and underwriting.
Latterly Head of ABL Transactions at LBG, involved in complex, primarily Mid-Cap and syndicated ABL opportunities.
In-depth knowledge across a broad range of ABL elements, including: collateral audit; credit and underwriting; origination; strategy; product development; complex structuring; and syndicated deal management.
Expert in ABL legal documentation having negotiated in excess of 50 complex bilateral, international and syndicated ABL facility documents.

Georgina brings to the business a breadth of marketing, brand, communications and media relations experience gained in financial services, legal, technology and B2B environments.
In consultation with the firm’s leadership board, Georgina is responsible for driving brand awareness, designing and delivering digital communications campaigns, supporting acquisition integration, and delivering the group-wide marketing and media relations activities aligned to the business objectives.
Georgina is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations.
